International Children's Books Day observed at WIS, Bhilwara (05.04.14)






"Books are the quietest and most constant of friends, they are the most accessible and the wisest of councilors, and the most patient of friends."
International Children's Book Day is observed on April 2,an event sponsored by the International board of books for young people, coinciding with the birth anniversary of the world famous children's books Danish author Hans Christian Anderson, who wrote fairy tale classic such as The Little Mermaid and The Princess and the Pea.
This special day of books was observed at witty on 5 April.Students gave speeches, recited poem and spoke wonderful quotes to instill and inspire love of reading among children.
