“Little
Miss Muffet sat on a tuffet, eating her curd and whey
There came a spider and sat beside
her, frightening Miss Muffet away”
On
Thursday,17 July 2014, Little Miss Muffet and her spider were the topic of
discussion for the children of nursery
class, at Witty World..
They enjoyed the rhyme with the associated AV,
and spun a web made out of wool.They also sprinkled onion seeds on the
worksheet of spider.
Just to
make little Miss Muffet feel better, they made “make believe curd” for her by
sticking white paper in disposable cups.
It was
indeed a wonderful blend of creativity, imagination, vocabulary building and
gross motor development.
