Today WIS, BHILWARA celebrated Van Mahotsav Day
. A special assembly was conducted in the school in order to make the children
aware of this day. An eloquent Speech and a beautiful poem highlighting
the importance of trees were
delivered by the students of Grade II.
A special guest Master Somil Jagetia, student of Grade
VII in Dubai became a part of today's special assembly . He shared his
valuable thoughts with the students. He told that in Dubai
temperature remains at 45-50 degree Celsius.But over the period of time in the
couple of years, H.H.Sheikh Mohammed, ruler of Dubai has introduced vision of
GREEN CITY Dubai.Now in 2014 Dubai has a vision to turn it into" GREEN
PARADISE" by year 2025. He motivated the students to convert India also
into a GREEN PARADISE by planting more trees. He asked everyone to take a small
step towards our Green India Project. The students were highly motivated by his
words and they took a vow to plant at least one tree for their own benefit.
Finally, the Principal
spoke her own realization, which was quite encouraging. She thanked the special guest for the valuable information and thoughts he shared with us.
