Field trips are not
only lots of fun but they can also be very valuable learning experiences for
young children. But the knowledge gained from the trip will be more ingrained
if the trip coincides with the monthly theme.
Abiding with the
theme of the month, 'MY HOME', children of Nursery Section at WIS were taken to
'Tangent, a multi - storey furniture showroom', on Tuesday, 26 August 2014.
Children were shown basic furniture which they see around them and which they
use at their home like sofas, dinning table, and chairs and so on.
Children enjoyed a
lot and got a first hand experience to share their views.
