Story telling is an art that has mental, social and educational benefits on children. They give meaning and context to what would otherwise be a collection of easily forgettable facts. Storytelling art invokes the imagination so that listeners begin to own them almost as much as the teller. Hence, the final round of storytelling competition was held in the school for the students of grade I and II where they narrated stories based on fairy tales. The little ones came up with confidence on the mike. Their efforts were appreciated by everyone.
