Celebration of National Education Day-2014 at WIS, Udaipur

On the occasion of Maulana Abul Kalam Azad’s Birth day, WIS celebrated National Education Day-2014. The theme given by CBSE was ‘Sanitation and Inclusion in school.’ In accordance with CBSE, the school focused on the following points like what is being done for the sanitation in and around school, for the social inclusion of children with special needs, environmental issues, for supporting National Integration and for creating awareness about need of hygiene or about the needs of special children etc. Students were told by the teachers that interest in issues like that is the mark of the real educated person. The students responded by sharing their own views, as well as by asking thoughtful questions.
