Today Wittians conducted a special
assembly to mark the celebration of Vijay Diwas (Victory Day). The event was conducted to pay tribute to the
martyrs of the Indian Army. The programme started with the recitation of beautiful poems by the
students. Students also sang Patriotic songs which depicted the sacrifice of the soldiers. A skit was
also performed to show that soldiers are the Nation's pride. The earnest efforts of the young orators brought
life to the programme and could create a feeling of patriotism in the audience.
