‘Sare
Jahan se Acha, Hindustan Hamara’, the Melodious historic song engulfed the
atmosphere with the spirit of patriotism when the Wittians celebrated the 66th Republic Day in the School. The
tricolour was hoisted by CEO Mrs. Preeti Sogani, Mr.Hemant Paliwal &
Principal Mrs.Shubha Govil. The students exhibited the essence of unity,
discipline and integrity through a parade. It was followed by the captivating
song ‘Bade Chalo Jawan…’ by the Grade V choir, which filled everybody with patriotic fervor. The students of
Grade V presented an energetic dance on the song “Kandho se Milte Hain Kandhe…”
as a tribute to the freedom fighters for the sacrifices and undying love for
their motherland. The programme was concluded by the inspiring address given by
the Principal on the special occasion.
