Festival of colours Holi celebrated at WIS, Bhilwara

Gulal - red, green, yellow and countless
A day's canvas - a riot of colors
Lively crowd running hither and thither,
Rainbow of colors, dashing from every nook and corner
Disregarding their woe and despair fervent folks,
rejoicing at the marvel of colors.
A day filled with luster and gaiety,
A day to smear our dreams-
With a splash of vibrant frenzy colors
Holi Hai! A spring of unbounded fun and frolic!!

One of the major festivals of India, Holi is celebrated with enthusiasm and gaiety on the full moon day in the month of phalgun. Entire country wears a festive look when it is time for Holi celebration. It is also said that the spirit of Holi encourages the feeling of brotherhood in society and even the enemies turn friend on the day.
Following this tradition the students of WIS Bhilwara celebrated the festival of colours Holi with great joy.A melodious song on Holi was presented by students. A quiz was conducted to enhance the knowledge of students about Holi. Students recited poems and delivered speeches. At last everyone wished each other Happy Holi.
