Writing letters was one of the traditional method used in
olden days. In this age of emails and instant messaging children had to be made
aware of the age old method hence as…per the concept of community helpers
children from Jr.Kg Witty World were taken for a field trip to the post office
at Motilal Nagar in Goregaon. They witnessed the working of the postmen and the
other staff were a heap of letters and postcards arranged. Children enjoyed
writing a short message on their respective postcards which they did prior
in class and then tool them to the post
office. Children thoroughly enjoyed the overall experience and are eagerly
waiting for the postcards to be delivered to their homes.
