I
plant the seeds in the cold, cold ground.
Out
comes the yellow sun, big and round.
Down
come the raindrops soft and slow.
Up
comes the flower grow, grow, grow!
Gardening
is a fun way for children to develop their motor and sensory skills.Tiny hands
took a step towards ‘GO GREEN’. The Little Wittians of
Nursery section enthusiastically participated in a gardening activity on
Wednesday, 10th August, 2016.
This
muddy activity helped the little ones learn how to use the shovel to dig mud, how
to sow the seeds and also how to water it. The teachers explained that fresh
air and sunlight is very important for their little seeds to grow into a plant.
Their potted plants will further be watered and supervised on a daily basis
.Children
are eagerly waiting for the new sapling to sprout!
