Witty International School, Udaipur celebrated
the 71st Independence Day with gusto and enthusiasm.
The celebration commenced with the unfurling of
the national flag by the director –Mrs. Preeti Sogani and the Principal –Mrs.
Shubha Govil.
The entire school was festooned with the colors
of the Indian flag. To mark the celebrations, an assemblage of events took
place ranging from patriotic songs to dances.
The special features of the programme
were-Rangoli making, Collage Making, Fireless cooking etc.
The whole hearted participation of the students
in various competitions exhibited their patriotic fervor, zeal & zest.
The day ended with an inspiring speech delivered
by the principal quoting the supreme
sacrifice of martyrs for nation’s freedom.
