Field Trip To A Bank ( Grade V to VIII, 24.08.17)

Field trips are a wonderful way for children to connect what they are learning in class, to the outside world. The banking sector is an integral part of an economic system. In order to enable students understand how banks function, Witty International School, Atun Road, Bhilwara organised an informative educational field trip to the State Bank of India for the students of Grade V to VIII on Thursday August 24, 2017.
Students were shown various sections of the bank such as the cash counter, locker room, ATM, administrative department, etc. They were given detailed information about the different sections of the bank and were explained the importance of debit and credit cards. They were also briefed on different schemes for the children. The students had lots of question which were answered by the staff members, who enjoyed conversing at their level.
The trip provided the students with a wonderful learning opportunity and was immensely enjoyed by them.

We hope that this learning experience of visiting the bank will go a long way in helping them. The efforts taken by the Branch Manager and the staff were appreciated.
