India is a land of festivals where
celebrations continue throughout the year in every region of the country. These
festivals not only bring joy and happiness in our lives, but they also spread
the message of humanity and brotherhood among one another. In order to
inculcate these attributes, students of Witty International School, Pawan Baug
celebrated Janmashtami on Friday, 11th August’17 with traditional gaiety and
fervour.
To remember the day, a story on the
birth and life of Lord Krishna was shown. Our Wittian Krishnas’ and Radhas’
looked adorable in their traditional costumes and the entire premise was
transformed into a land of joy and happiness. All the students from Grade I - V
merrily danced to the tunes of Raas Garba with sheer enthusiasm.
