Colourful and auspicious festival
dedicated to Goddess Durga Navrati was celebrated at Witty International
School, Sukher. Invoking the blessings of divine deity, the students of Grade
VI to XII came dressed in traditional Garba and Dandiya attire.
The students enjoyed the
mellifluous music, rhythmic beats and matched the mood of festivity.
The students joy knew no bounds
when children from theosophical society entered the campus. With an aim to
spread joy and happiness, Wittians made the children feel happy and special by
arranging games, dancing and sharing special gifts with them. The entire campus
was a huge family tapping their feet to match up the festival spirit. The
Principal, Mrs. Shubha Govil vociferously advocated the extreme need to love
and respect children from such strata of society, which indeed are a unique
creation of God.
