Field trips are
hands on, experiential learning experiences for children, especially when
it is related to the concept of the month. Children in the nursery class at
Witty World were in for a treat on Tuesday, January 16, 2018, as they went on
a,”fishing expedition” to the Fish Aquarium at Borivali.
They saw many
colourful fishes, big and small, swimming away in the water tank. They were
shown weeds, shells and stones found on the seabed. They were able to
identify unique features of the fish like fins and tails.
Overall it was a
fun learning experience.
