Baisakhi is a famous festival in the state of Punjab and
is celebrated with huge fanfare and excitement. Baisakhi happens on the lucky day when the tenth Guru of
the Sikhs, Guru Gobind Singh, founded the Khalsa Panth cult. The festival is
celebrated with immense fun, frolic and merry-making. In
the same way Wittians of WIS,Atun Road, Bhilwara celebrated this day on Friday, April 13,2018. Students
of Grade V presented a perplexing special assembly and explored their talent
through dance performances and singing prayers. Knowledgeable information was
given by the scholars of Grade V in Punjabi language. Academic and Admin Head
Ms Abha Mittal motivated the students saying that Wittians uphold the roots of
Indian culture and tradition which is the positive sign for our upcoming future
generation.
