The
aim of Witty Kids, R.C. Vyas colony, Bhilwara is to promote every aspect of
development and learning through hands on activities. To keep this in mind,
Rhyme Enactment of the popular rhyme ‘Humpty Dumpty’ was done for
Nursery toddlers on Wednesday, August 29, 2018 to improve their skills and
talents. Children came dressed as designated characters in the rhyme. So, we
had a Humpty Dumpty, a King, four soldiers and four horses who
brought the poem alive for the entire class. Little ones charmed the teachers
with their expressions and voice modulation. The joy could be seen on the kids’
faces after the completion of the poem when they enjoyed making Humpty Dumpty
mobile by doing finger dabbing, pasting torn crepe papers during manipulative
time and then by filling it with crumpled papers. It was the easiest way
to indulge learning style amongst kids.
