age.”
To encourage the
skills of listening and reading, a storytelling session by Ms.Avanti
Ubhayakar was organized by WIS, Pawan Baug for the students of Grades I and II
on Monday, 20th August 2018.
The session was
indeed valuable and distinct. Wittians found it really interested and engrossed
in the stories based on different values like honesty, empathy,
anger, cleanliness, etc which was told to them with creative gestures and
facial expressions. The appropriate use of voice modulation and body language
infused passion, enhanced imagination and expression and introduced children to
new horizons of storytelling. It was an interactive session where students
were taught the right way of telling the stories. Overall this
session helped the young souls for creative thinking.
