Science is the way of
thinking. It’s a systematic classification of experience. Keeping the spirit
alive, WIS organized an Inter House Science Quiz for Grade 1 to Grade 8. There
were four groups - Group A (Grade 1 &2 ) , Group B (Grade 3 & 4 ) Group
C (Grade 5 &6 ) Group D (Grade 7
& 8 ). The pre round was an online MCQ based question paper conducted class
wise. The students were selected house wise for the final round which was
conducted on 10th December 2018.
The mind bogging questions tested the analytical skills, proficiency and
aptitude of the students. Young Wittians took part with great enthusiasm and
zeal.
The format for the final round entailed three
rounds, first was general question round, second was buzzer round and the final
round was audio visual buzzer round, which the students enjoyed the most.
WIS encourages positive
competition and hopes to bring out the best through such competitive events,
while ensuring that the children learn through all possible ways- not
just through books and classroom teaching.
