Investiture Ceremony held at WIS, Atun Road, Bhilwara (2.05.19)

 In order to scale the heights and reach the Pinnacle of success, Witty International School, Atun Road Bhilwara, always strives to inculcate a sense of responsibility and commitment among the students with their heads held high, ready to shoulder responsibilities as leaders.
With the beginning of the new academic session for the year 2019-2020, an investiture ceremony was organized on Thursday, May 2, 2019.
A spirit of unity and dynamism filled the air as the Grand Ceremony commenced with the entry of the Student Council with the school band. The Investiture Ceremony is a solemn occasion wherein all the young students are well prepared to don the mantle of leadership and responsibility while carrying it out with utmost dedication. A democratic online voting procedure was set in pace which ultimately formed the school student council of the year 2019-20.
The newly elected student council members pledged to work earnestly and uphold the honour and glory of the institution while receiving their prestigious badges and sashes from the Guests Of Honour, Mr Narender Khoiwal , Circle officer and  Scout Guide , Dr Paramjeet Ghambhir , a renowned orthopedic, Ms Abha Mittal, Principal and  Mr Aarif Khan, Vice Principal. The Head Boy, Head Girl, Sports Captains, Cultural Secretary, House Captains and House vice Captains stood tall while holding the School and House flags as destiny prepared itself to bring in many more laurels to the institution. Donning the mantle of accountability, the student council pledged to bestow their duties to the best of their abilities and to hold the school motto of loyalty, truth and honour in high esteem.
It was a proud moment for all the Parents to witness their children being invested with great responsibilities while embarking on a new journey as leaders. The Guest of Honour, Dr Pramajeet Gambhir motivated the students with the thought “If leaders were born dynasties would have existed” and schools are the manufacturers of the leaders. Circle officer Scout Guide, Mr Narender Khoiwal taught the students the scout clap and informed the students about the largest Uniform Code. He also encouraged them to be part of International Scout Guide programme. He further motivated the students to always walk on the correct path and be the change.
The Principal, Mrs Abha Mittal motivated the children to keep moving forward despite all the obstacles and challenges that life throws in front of them. She said that being a leader is a vital role and that the new Student Council would have ample responsibilities to shoulder.

The Vice Principal, Mr Aarif  Khan concluded the occasion with a vote of thanks signifying that the child centric approach will frame a responsible citizen.

With the flags held high and heads standing tall, the ceremony concluded with the National Anthem.
