Exuberant Wittians of Grade 5-10 embarked on a journey to ‘Queen of Hills- Mussoorie’ on May 11, 2019 and reached their destination on May 12, 2019 at 6:30 pm. They were welcomed at “ Sanctuary Camping Resort “ by the hosts and were served with hot snacks which complemented the cold weather there. Next Day i.e May 13, 2019 started with trekking to the highest point after the breakfast where the students enjoyed the scenic beauty while eating fresh berries from the trees. It was an adventurous experience where they were involved in rock climbing and rappling which enhanced their confidence and proved that no hurdle can stop them from scaling the heights in their life. They also enjoyed a two- day stay in the camp, wherein the swimming pool was the obvious choice for the students during the day and the bonfire at night added to the flavour of happiness and merriment. May 14, 2019 students visited Kempty Falls followed by shopping at Mall Road where they splurged in buying various gifts for their family and friends. Students truly enjoyed the trip with their peers and teachers and took back home memories which they will cherish forever.
