The Measles-Rubella campaign was held at WIS,
Atun Road, Bhilwara on Monday, July 08,2019 for the students of Grade III to
IX. The motive of this campaign was to create awareness among students for
these highly contagious viral diseases so that illness and deaths reduces due
to measles and rubella/CRS in the country. This essential and informative session was
conducted by the speakers Dr Lalita Chauhan, who was from W.H.O., Dr C.P.
Goswami (RCMHO), Ms Monika Garg (Head of Sneh Samarpan Foundation) and Mr
Ghanshyam Bokolia from Aagaz Foundation. These speakers provided the young
minds complete basic information of these diseases. At the end respected
Principal, Mrs Abha Mittal thanked the guest speakers and instructed the students
to convey the same to their family members so that awareness spreads all over.
