Bake me a cake as
fast as u can.
Roll it, and pat it,
and mark it with ‘‘T”.
Put it in the oven
for Teacher and me.
Keeping in line with the theme of the month 'Community Helpers', Ms.
Yashvi Mehta a baker by profession, working at one of the 7 Star prestigious
Hotels in Mumbai and Ms. Priti Bhatia who is a self-employed professional
baker were invited at Witty World on Thursday, 29th of August,
2019.
Children of Jr.KG were shown different baking tools and equipment used
by bakers to make yummy cakes and breads. However, the proverbial icing on
the cake was when they actually showcased their talent of making ‘Chocolate
Balls’ and shared their very own simple recipe wherein they demonstrated
‘Cooking without fire’ techniques. All children enthusiastically followed their
instructions and were proud little chefs for the day and tasted their handmade
chocolate balls. It was a memorable experience
which was cherished by all.
