Water
play releases energy, it can be both invigorating and calming for young
children. It also encourages role play and crucial social skills like
cooperation and sharing To inculcate this the
little Wittian’s of pre - primary section had a water play activity in the
splash pool on Thursday, 17th October 2019 at Witty World Goregaon
(East). As children played, they were excited to communicate their discoveries to
everyone around them. Because water play typically occurs in a limited space
with supplies, where children practiced sharing with each other and
working together while engaged in play time. Children were able
to increase their fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination through actions
like pouring, squirting, scrubbing, stirring and squeezing. It was indeed a fun-filled day with lots of communication development
and social growth during water play!
