Rhyme Enactment of Three little Kittens by Nursery section at Witty World, Udaipur

Three little kittens, they lost their mittens

And they began to cry

"Oh, mother dear, We sadly fear our mittens we have lost".

"What! Lost your mittens, you naughty kittens!

Then you shall have no pie"

Singing/ enacting nursery rhymes enhances a child's  learning ability. Enactment  makes children  more confident , and most importantly brings the poem and its characters come alive.

Children in the nursery class at Witty World, Patel Circle, Udaipur participated in the enactment of the rhyme "Three little Kittens” on Tuesday, 19 November 2019. Children of Nursery came dressed as different Characters of the poem and enjoyed the activity of Rhyme Enactment. The excitement of dressing and the joy of rediscovering the poem through actions was evident throughout the class. This Witty World gave the kids a fair chance to live and enjoy their favourite rhyme.  Children expressed different emotions while enacting the rhyme. Children enjoyed the experience of singing and enacting the rhyme. They not only learnt the rhyme but also understood it thoroughly with the enactment.

Overall, it was a great learning experience for them through a dramatization.
