Faux and Modern Calligraphy Workshop
Calligraphy is a
visual art related to writing and it is used to improve the letter forms. It is
the art of giving form to signs in an expressive, harmonious and skillful
manner. To inculcate this creative art in our students, Witty International
School, Borivali conducted a “Faux and Modern Calligraphy Workshop”.
Kunjal Gala who is a
handwriting coach showed the art of making beautiful alphabets with a black gel
pen, wherein Shilpa Jain, a calligraphy expert beautifully showed “Double
Pencil Calligraphy” technique using two pencils and a rubber band to create
stylized and embellished letters. The students dived into the world of
calligraphy with great enthusiasm. It was a well organized, skillful and
fruitful workshop for the students.
