World Dream Day was founded in 2012 by educator and transformational strategist Ozioma Egwuonwu, whose goal was to create a day that would help to inspire and heal humanity. Every dream begins with a dreamer with wealth of potential within and the passion to reach the stars.That is why goals are so important. Dreams don’t just have to remain fantasies. Sometimes with hard work and dedication, they can become a reality. Not only to improve our life but to make the world a better place.
A gentle nudge was given to the Wittians of grade 3rd to 5th, and they upsoared the dreams in form of rainbows, charts, jars full of desires to change the World. Thanks to the technology that gave these dreams - a platform , a means in form of PPT, Videos, etc which made it easier than ever has been to express their wish.
World Dream Day is a day of inspiration, reflection and celebration. Wittians of grade 7th to 10th participated in this observance followed for two consecutive days; by sharing their dreams,visions through PPTs, of what positive things they would like to see happen in the society, city, country. The optimistic atmosphere with the art form created a day that activated new ideas, declared new possibilities which would help to inspire and heal humanity.
