Witty International School, PB, Primary Section recently
celebrated the French National Day with great pomp and splendour. The
celebrations commenced a few days prior from Monday, 12th July 2021
to Wednesday, 14th July 2021. A plethora of activities were
conducted for the students of Grade 1 to 5 to give them an exposure to French
culture and language.
Students sketched The Eiffel Tower and created artistic
coffee paintings of the tower and also had
a jovial time using the French flag colours in their art work. Students
of Grade 5 enthusiastically acted as facilitators to enlighten other grade
students with French language – greetings, salutations, numbers, and much more.
Wittians had a beatific smile as they enjoyed a 360° Virtual Tour to France and the Paris Disneyland,
with a taste of French cuisine along with a fusion of French dance. The
students truly had a whale of a time during the French Day Celebration.
