Wahe Guru Ji Ka Khalsa Wahe Guru Ji Ki Fateh

With great fervor and reverence, Wittians of Grades VI, VII and VIII all dressed in saffron and white put up a spectacular assembly on the occasion of Guru Govind Singh Jayanti. Several students came up to deliver speeches based on Guru Govind Singh Ji’s life and the significance of the day. It was followed by melodious shabad sung by the Witty choir which created an aura of piousness and spirituality. To give it a mystic end, we invoked the blessings of the Almighty by lighting candles which not only enlightened our hearts, but brightened up our moring as well!

Guru Govind Singh Jayanti is celebrated on 7th January, 2014 with great fervor and grandeur by the students of Witty International School, Bhilwara. On this auspicious occasion of the birthday of Shri Guru Govind Singhji students presented speeches explaining the history and importance of the day. Students were shown Power Point Presentation and a movie based on KHALSA which was created by Guru Govind Singhji and it denotes order of the pure to fight against all the injustice. At the end students learned to have faith in god and to treat all the humans equally irrespective of their caste.

Cooking experience at WIS, Udaipur

Children of Nursery did a recap of Number 9 by applying jam on Marie Biscuit and putting 9 gems on it. It was an exciting experience for them.

Ocean scape activity at WIS, Udaipur

Children of Sr.Kg enjoyed doing Ocean Sea scape activity by spreading colours on the table and taking the imprint on the sheet by pressing it. They took great interest in sprinkling sand and sticking picture of Seaweeds, Scuba diver, fish etc.

They learnt about scuba diver and various Sea creatures.

Laurels brought by Wittians in BrainCafe Budding Scientist Contest 2013 -Season 3 organized by Zee Learn

Wittians enthusiastically participated in the qualifier round of the contest.

We congratulate all the participants and the winners.In this contest, students secured following position in the different categories: 
Category A- Second position by Akshat Shukla (Grade 2) 
Category B- Third position by Meenal Singhvi (Grade 7) 
Category C- Third position by Aman Gupta (Grade 9)

Wittians enthusiastically participated in the 16^th National Science Olympiad. We congratulate all the participants and winners. Following students have qualified for the second level of NSO:

                                                              Christmas Celebration

Christmas is God saying, “Let’s stay in touch.” The festival is primarily a celebration of God’s love towards mankind. People from all faith’s join the celebrations, strengthening bonds of mutual respect. The festival of Christmas-the festival of humanity was celebrated by WIS with great fervor and joy on 24th December, 2013 in the school premises .A tastefully decorated Christmas tree with cotton snow flakes, bells, colored balls, candy canes added  glamour to the  celebration.

Children came dressed in party wear. Santa Claus added to the gaiety  and drew loud cheers from everyone. He came in with his big bag of gifts, which were  distributed to all the children. Children danced and had a great time . The teachers wished the children Merry Christmas and a Happy New year.
