 National Science Day

To explore new horizons and push scientific frontiers further, it is vital that our youth develop a passion for science.  Thus, Witty International School, Pawan Baug, Primary Section, celebrated the National Science Day on Saturday, 27th February2021 and Monday, 1st March2021 in order to commemorate the invention of the Raman Effect (effect on scattering of light when passing through different materials). Sir C.V.Raman’s great success and discovery has been marked in the Indian history through this day. The celebrations of the Science Day started with Wittians performing various experiments to showcase application of knowledge and their learning throughout the session. Students came up with very innovative and relevant experiments to show the beauty of Science. Our budding scientists enjoyed doing a few guided experiments with the help of their teachers as well.
