Fire safety measures in an educational
institute
Educating the people is not an easy task, however educating
them for the safety of their homes in
emergency was made mandatory in a
small city like Yeola in Nashik dist. by Witty International School,Yeola. Mr.Sabu
from Indian Oil Corporation Ltd.,Manmad given
a session in the school premises educating the students and the teachers
to take safety measures during the fire .Mr.Sabu and his team demonstrated how
to evacuate the school building during the
fire emergency and they had shown
different types of fire extinguishers
and gave the chance to the students to operate them successfully without
getting panicky. After this demonstration the school started performing the
mock drills regularly with the help of in-charges and the teachers. This
demonstration certainly helped the students to get the knowledge of safety
measures to be taken at homes during emergencies ,opined by the Principal of Witty International
School, Dr.Mahesh.Iyer while delivering
his vote of thanks. The event was also witnessed by Dr.Rajesh Patel ,
Secretary of the trust.
