Basant Panchami Celebration
“Basant Panchmi” is the occasion when Goddess Saraswati the Goddess of knowledge and wisdom is worshiped. It also marks the
advent of the spring season. This day
was celebrated in WIS on 4th February,
2014, with great fervor and enthusiasm .The children of the Playgroup and
Nursery came dressed in Spring colors - yellow and orange , the class
was decorated with yellow and orange color mobiles. Children participated in a
special assembly to prayed to Goddess Saraswati and seek her divine blessings.
