Spell O Fun Competition held at WIS,Bhilwara (23.07.14)

Learning to spell helps to cement the connection between the letters and their sounds, and learning high-frequency "sight words" to mastery level improves both reading and writing. The more deeply and thoroughly a student knows a word, the more likely he or she is to recognize it, spell it, define it, and use it appropriately in speech and writing.

Competition Spell-O-Fun was held at WIS Bhilwara to help the students to improve their reading and writing fluency. Students of Grade I to VII took part in the competition. They solved application question based worksheet. Dictation was also taken. Spellings from their English and EVS text books were chosen for this. Students took part enthusiastically.
