Orange Day Celebrated at WIS, Udaipur

On Friday, 8^th August 2014 students of Nursery celebrated Orange Day. The event was celebrated to acquaint the little ones with the concept of colour and objects related to it. To mark this special day, the students and teachers were also dressed in orange and told that it is the secondary colour made with the combination of yellow and red. Students were also told that orange colour can be found in nature in the changing leaves of fall, the setting Sun, and the skin and slice of citrus fruit. The classroom was beautifully decorated with orange coloured objects, balloons, flashcards etc.
