Banks
are the backbone of the economic system of a Country. A developed financial
system ensures support to the economic structure of the Country and the
Society. The students of Grade XI and XII (Commerce) loved getting out of the
classroom for a day and seeing more of what is behind the scenes in a bank!
Students learnt about borrowing, lending, e-banking, international banking
and visualized various sections of the Banking System. They also gained information
about various types of loans especially Educational Loan, which is of vital
importance for their future. This practical exposure will be very helpful to
the students in the completion of their banking project in Business Studies.
