You were there for me when
I was young, you were there to protect me when I was adventurous, and you were
there to guide me when I was confused. I am what I am because of you and all I
want to say is Thank You. I tie this Rakhi and pray for you.
The festival of Rakhi is a
day which celebrates the brother – sister relationship. On this auspicious day,
siblings express their love and affection towards each other. Rakshabandhan is
a divine festival of hope, love and oneness between siblings. Children of Pre-Primary enjoyed celebrating Rakshabandhan, they did various activities like Rakhi making, decorating rakhi thali and gift wrapping. Children were dressed in traditional clothes and brought sweets in their tiffin.
