A vibrant and state of the art cafeteria
‘Bistro- Witty Cafeteria’ was launched at WIS Pawan Baug on 2nd
August 2014 at 9:30am.
The cafeteria was inaugurated by Mr. Lalit
Shah, Director of Nakoda Plastics and Mr. and Mrs. Rajesh Shetty, prominent
hoteliers and owners of Alka Vihar
restaurant, in the presence of Managing Trustee Dr. Vinay Jain and Principal Mr.
Bijo Kurian.
The upscale facilities provided
at the cafeteria is surely an added feather in the cap of the Wittians.
Bistro boasts of an
infrastructure which has state of art facilities and amenities such as Bain marie,
microwaves ovens, hot cases, grill, tea and coffee vending machines, popcorn
machines, refrigerators, touch screen billing machines and compartmentalized
serving systems. The cafeteria also has a separate cabinet for biscuits and
dry storage. The Bistro kitchen also
has a mechanical airflow system.
Safety is given utmost priority
and so the cafeteria has a separate cabin for gas cylinders. Fire extinguishers are also placed
strategically.
The daily menu displayed on the
LED screens also includes nutritional value information.
The Bistro offers an eclectic blend
of fixed as well as rotating menu covering a range of healthy nutritious food
and beverages. The cold beverages include milk based drinks and fruit juices.
Special provisions also made for Jain food.
Bistro has an in – house cooking
facility which ensures that freshly cooked food is served to the students. The Hygiene
Committee will have strict quality control measures in place.
The turn out at Bistro and the
exuberant atmosphere is clearly a testimony of the fact that Witty settles for
nothing but the best!!!!!!
