Learning shapes allows children to
group or classify objects. They develop their ability to make logical
connection.
On Monday 13th July
2015, the Wittians of Playgroup celebrated circle day at Witty World. The
children were excited to listen to the circle shape story. They were shown
circle shaped objects. They enjoyed shape walking and playing with circle shaped
drum, ring, going under the hula hoop ring and many more such fun-filled games.
Children ate circle shaped snacks. The kids did yellow and red colour circle
shape dabbing on art sheet. Through these activities children could recognize
the shape circle with the action of making a circle in the air.
