Wittians celebrated 69th Independence
Day with their hearts filled with patriotism, love and respect for the martyrs
who laid their lives so that we can breathe in a free India. The programme
commenced with the Flag hoisting ceremony followed by our National Anthem which
echoed in the Witty campus filling the hearts of everyone with pride for our
Mother Land- India. Beautiful and Inspirational words of our Director Ms.
Preeti Sogani and Principal Ms. Shubha Govil filled the Wittians with
enthusiasm for Patriotism.
Students
participated with full zeal and enthusiasm in various activities based on the
theme Patriotism like Fancy Dress for Grade I and II, Kite Making/ Paper Chain
Making for Grade III and IV, Poster Making / Collage Making / Slogan
Writing Activity / Solo Dance / Solo Song for Grade V to VIII,
Fireless
Cooking / Face Painting Activity / Tattoo Making Activity for Grade IX to XII. Witty echoed with ‘Vande
Mataram’. Everybody in the premises vowed to be a part of Team India and spread
Universal Brotherhood, Peace and make India a developed nation. The
day ended by distributing sweets to the students.
