Primary Section Celebrating World Computer Literacy Day WIS, Malad (2016-2017)


World Computer Literacy Day

To fulfill the dream of Making India Digital   launched by the Prime Minister of India Shri. NarendraModi on 1 July 2015 - with an objective of connecting rural areas with high-speed Internet networks, improving digital literacy is very essential.

Every year December 2 is observed as Computer Literacy Day which is defined as the knowledge and ability to access computers and related technology efficiently.  It’s launched to create awareness and increase access to information technology for all disadvantaged communities who will be able to access computer and access internet and communicate throughout the world.


AT RCL (Primary) to mark the day little Wittians, the future of India, displayed their creative and various computer skills through competitions, where grade II & IV presented their creativity through MS Paint while grade III competed in Programming skills in K-Turtle. Grade V gave their classmates a tough competition with the Power Point Presentation
