Today
students of Witty International School Bhilwara presented a special assembly On
the day of faith, EASTER and the holy
day good Friday. Many Christians around the world observe Good Friday
before Easter Sunday. It commemorates Jesus Christ's Passion, crucifixion and
death, which is told in the Christian bible.
According to the Bible, the son
of God was flogged, ordered to carry the cross on which he would be crucified
and then put to death. While Easter, which celebrates Jesus Christ's
resurrection from the dead, is Christianity's most important day. For Christians,
Easter is a deeply pious holiday, celebrating the day Jesus arose from the dead
after the Crucifixion.
At first the student of grade 6th gave a brief introduction of
the day. After that students gave information and details about the Good Friday
and Easter through their skit At last Respected Principal Ma’am enlightened
students about these holy days.
