There are
lots of yellow things, hear me name them as I sing. The yellow sun up in the
sky. A yellow bus passing by yellow cheese and corn too. I like yellow, how
about you?
On
Monday, 9th July 2018 the little toddlers of Playgroup at Witty
International School Udaipur, were introduced to “Yellow colour”. Yellow is the
colour of sunshine. It is associated with joy, happiness, intellect and energy.
Yellow produces a warming effect; arouses cheerfulness stimulates mental
activity and generates muscle energy. The class was adorned with yellow colour
objects like balls, balloons, pictures etc. both teacher and children came
dressed in yellow attire. They enjoyed doing balloon dabbing along with their
peers. They also brought yellow objects along with them for show and tell
activity. Children also brought yellow colour fruits & pineapple jam
sandwich in their tiffin. They enjoyed playing and sharing toys and food with
one another. Therefore through funway method children learnt about a new colour
“Yellow”.
