Our five senses help us to
experience variety of things in our daily life. With an objective of
introducing different senses and sense organs. Sense Booth Day was organized for
the little Wittians of Junior KG of Witty World, Bhilwara on Wednesday May 01’
2019. Teachers did a set up of five different sense corners to make students
understand the function and importance of each organ and related sense in a fun
and innovative way.
Visuals aids like different
coloured glasses, books, torch, toys etc comprised for the sight booth.
Children differentiated between foul smell and good smell by smelling items
like perfume, spices, bitter gourd, flowers etc. Children enjoyed walking and
touching different textures. Tasting salty, sweet, sour and bitter eatables was
a memorable activity for kids. Listening and identifying different types of
sound was a fun-filled moment for the kids.
The children definitely
had a “Sensational” experience.
