Creativity is intelligence having fun!
In today’s world recycling has a very important
place. There are a lot of unwanted things around us. Hence, utilizing the best
from unwanted things has become a generic necessity of every human’s life. Our
little creative hands at Primary Section, WIS, Pawan Baug came together to make
craft from the waste materials during ‘Best Out of Waste’ competition on the
theme ‘Green Revolution’ held on 25th July,
2019. Wittians of Grade II-V participated in making their own masterpieces out of the discarded materials. This competition aimed to help our students develop a sense of love for the environment and to think creatively.
Students showed the best example of “Reduce, Reuse and Recycle!” A variety of materials were made by the students such as wall clock, water dispenser, rain water harvesting tank, photo frame, handbag etc. They displayed their creative streak with amazing ideas using waste materials. These little hands and creative minds captivated our judges too! It was a delight to watch this burst of creative energy and it definitely inspired our kids to make our future – Greener!
