“When one
finds the true Guru,
One conquers
half of the world.”
It is the teacher who teaches us how to live life and
become a human being. There is nobody in this material world that can save us
from the dangers of material miseries unless we have received proper guidance
from our teachers, preceptors and well wishers.
On Tuesday, July 16,2019. Students of Grade I & II of
Witty International School, Atun Road, Bhilwara celebrated Guru Purnima with
great zeal and fervour. Wittians duly followed the path showed by their
respective teachers resulting in a successful event! It was a complete festive
ambience wherein a plethora of performances highlighted the importance of a
Guru's role in shaping a student's life. Different grades contributed in
different ways to make this show a successful event. Students of Grade II
presented a wonderful skit.
Wittians of Grade I presented a
poem, both highlighting the importance of Guru in one’s life and stating that
not only people but even Mother Nature teaches us a lot in life. Students of
Grade I dedicated a song to their teachers to convey to them how much
difference their teachers have made in their lives.
At
the end Head of Primary Section, Mrs Kumud Vyas addressed the students and in
her address she drew attention on the metamorphosis of the student teacher relationship over the years and
exhorted the audience to uphold the ancient Indian guru-shishya tradition.
