Onam the festival of happiness ,peace and prosperity was celebrated with great fervour at Witty International School ,Udaipur .It is the biggest and the most important festival of the state of Kerala and the colour and the grandeur of Onam came down to Witty International School ,Udaipur on 13th September wherein a special assembly was conducted by Wittians of Grade-I B, CBSE. The little ones began with an enactment of King Mahabali, the Demon King, who was granted the boon of visiting his people in Kerala once every year by Lord Vishnu for his large-heartedness and kindness. They also enlightened the Wittians about the significance of Onam which is celebrated for 10 days. The children learnt the importance of these very special days and we're able to understand the rich tradition and culture of our country.
