a picnic with teddy bears
It’s
so much fun!
To
emphasize and learn about International “Teddy Bear Day” a picnic was organized
on Tuesday, 17th September, 2019. ‘Teddy bear picnic’ was organized in the
community area for the pre – primary section at Witty World Goregaon (East). It
was a source of enjoyment and also a great learning experience for the little
ones. Children came to school with their Teddy bears and were engrossed
in feeding, snuggling and conversing with their teddy
bears. Teachers had an interactive conversation with kids about the
teddy bears brought by them. Little Wittian’s were also encouraged to say a few
sentences about their ‘Teddy bear’. Children relished the snacks with their
teddy in the wonderful ambience of the school. It was an amazing way to
inculcate positive results towards the social sphere of the child and to
develop not only cognitive intelligence but also emotional intelligence. It was
surely a day filled with warmth as the little ones enjoyed the day spent with
their cuddly Teddy Bears.
