We‘re going to the zoo,

We’ll see a kangaroo
and a cockatoo.
We’ll see a giraffe
And have a good laugh.

Lions roar and play
With tigers so they say
Elephants spray
And zebras neigh

Visiting a zoo
helps children understand the importance of taking care of the environment.
Zoos encourage curiosity thus encourage learning and brain development. Zoos
also teach children about the importance of conservation and animal care. To
learn the unique story about each animal as they walk around the zoo children
of Jr Kg and Sr Kg section of Witty World Bangur Nagar were taken for a field
trip to the zoo on Friday 21st February, 2020. The objective
to visit the Zoo was to reinforce the concept of animals and birds. It was an interesting sight to see different species
of birds and animals. They roared & chirped. It was pleasing indeed to hear
them. It was truly an enjoyable
experience for the little ones.
