‘Parental love is the only love that is
truly selfless, unconditional and forgiving’.
Parents are the child’s
first teachers. Their role in a child’s life is irreplaceable, and thus we celebrated Parents Day by honouring those special people in our
lives.
Parents’ Day recognizes,
uplifts and supports the role of parents in the rearing of children. It is an occasion for the society to
acknowledge the extremely tough, critically important and challenging task that
every parent does each day i.e. to raise the next generation of citizens.
Wittians of Grade 1 & 2 PB (ICSE)
were given a wonderful opportunity to spend quality time and bond with their
parents and celebrate Parents’ Day with a flower making workshop ‘Floral
Expressions- my parents my sunshine’ on Saturday 25th July 2020.
Students participated in the activity with great zeal and enthusiasm, enjoying
the session with Ms Chandini Thakkar as she guided and supported them through
the activity.
The children happily expressed their
love, care and affection towards their parents.
